☆ Several manga series

~One for GX

☆ Three anime series
~Zero
~DM
~GX

☆ Four movies
~Yu-Gi-Oh! The Movie: War of Dragons
~Yu-Gi-Oh! The Movie: Pyramid of Light
~Yu-Gi-Oh! The Movie: Super Fusion! Bonds That Transcend Time
~Yu-Gi-Oh! The Movie: The Dark Side of Dimensions
☆ Numerous video games

5D's, ZEXAL, ARC-V, or beyond are generally not included because we do not have those series in the group. However, they are included if they overlap with Zero, DM, and/or GX, such as in the movie Super Fusion! Bonds That Transcend Time. Video games are also not included because some have very different plots than the manga and anime. The list below shows the order in which events take place, number of episodes, and other info for Zero, DM, and GX:

*************************************************************************************************

SERIES 1 YU-GI-OH! ZERO

Themes: Friendship and Shadow Games
Number of episodes: 27

Season 1 (Japanese version only)
Episodes 1-27

1st Movie: Yu-Gi-Oh! The Movie: War of Dragons

*************************************************************************************************

SERIES 2 YU-GI-OH! DM (DUEL MONSTERS)

Themes: Friendship, Duel Monsters, Ancient Egypt
Number of episodes: 224 (without counting Capsule Monsters) or 236 (counting Capsule Monsters)

Season 1 Part 1: Duelist Kingdom
Episodes: 1-40

Season 1 Part 2: The Wrath of Rebecca, Duel Monsters Quest (Legendary Heroes), and Dungeon Dice Monsters
Episodes 41-49

Season 2 Part 1: Before Battle City
Episodes 50-53

Season 2 Part 2: Battle City
Episodes 54-97

Season 3 Part 1: Noa's Virtual World (Enter the Shadow Realm)
Episodes 98-121
I think the American dub made a mistake with the name of this season because Noa didn't know what the Shadow Realm is. He lived in a virtual world, not the Shadow Realm.

Season 3 Part 2: The Battle City Finals (Enter the Shadow Realm)
Episodes 122-144

Yu-Gi-Oh! R (Rebirth of Avatar)
The exact time of when R happens is unknown, but it occurs after the defeat of Marik Ishtar and before Pegasus comes back to life. Since Pegasus is in the movie Pyramid of Light, it means R takes place in between Battle City and the movie.

2nd Movie: Yu-Gi-Oh! The Movie: Pyramid of Light

Season 4: DOMA (Waking the Dragons)
Episodes 145-184

Season 5 Part 1: KC Grand Prix (Grand Championship)
Episodes: 185-198

Season 5 Part 2: Capsule Monsters
4Kids made Capsule Monsters after Yu-Gi-Oh! DM was made, so it's not originally Japanese and the episodes are simply numbered 1-12. It's sold as a two-part movie and takes place some time in between the KC Grand Prix and Millennium World. In the group, Capsule Monsters occurs after the KC Grand Prix and before Battle City V2 because Capsule Monsters first aired in the USA on September 9, 2006.
Number of episodes: 12
Battle City V2
Battle City V2 is not a season/arc, but it's mentioned in GX episode 179. It's a second Battle City tournament. The exact time of when it happens is unknown, but it occurs some time after the original Battle City and before Millennium World. Yuugi Mutou is the winner of this tournament, and most likely uses the Egyptian god cards to win because Juudai Yuki finds a flyer about this tournament's results featuring Yuugi with the Egyptian gods. In the group, Battle City V2 occurs after Capsule Monsters and before Super Fusion! Bonds That Transcend Time because GX episode 179 first aired in Japan on March 19, 2008.

3rd Movie: Yu-Gi-Oh! The Movie: Super Fusion! Bonds That Transcend Time (Yu-Gi-Oh! 3D Bonds Beyond Time)
This movie was produced in celebration of the tenth anniversary of the series for 2006, although it came out in Japan on January 23, 2010. It takes place after Crash Town from 5D's, although it's unknown when it takes place in DM when Paradox, Yuusei Fudou, and Juudai Yuki time travel to the past in Yuugi's time period. In the group, Super Fusion! Bonds That Transcend Time occurs after Battle City V2 and before Millennium World.
Season 5 Part 3: Millennium World (Dawn of the Duel)
The Pharaoh and his friends travel to the past to help him regain his memories. Yami Yuugi defeats Zorc Necrophades and finds his true name, Atem. Then he duels Yuugi in the Ceremonial Battle and goes to rest in the afterlife. In the group, Millennium World has not happened yet because Atem/Yami Yuugi is still here.
Episodes: 199-224
4th Movie: Yu-Gi-Oh! The Movie: The Dark Side of Dimensions
This movie will be produced in celebration of the twentieth anniversary of the series in 2016. Not much is currently known about it, but for now it's assumed that it will take place after the end of the DM manga/anime. For more info, go to [link].
